This is the ninth album of the ‘Microtopies’ global call. The Microtopies are sonic miniatures that shape a special edition of the Música i Geografía (Ràdio Gràcia, Barcelona) radio show, produced weekly by Gràcia Territori Sonor. The aim is to make a sonic route through a map of randomly assigned events, since the pieces received have been included in strict order of reception. This year have been received 56 pieces from 31 cities from 11 countries. Now, we invite you to this journey. You will enjoy the best sound quality as recorded by the authors. Don’t listen to them on your computer loudspeakers but rather plug it in a decent sound system or put on good headphones, otherwise you will miss a lot of sounds and frequencies… Have a good trip! Gràcia Territori Sonor wants to acknowledge all the artists who have generously participated in this project… thank you for

He does not play in public much lately and for that reason it was a great opportunity to see the direction that is taking the work of Juan Crek. And it was great to see that he is in good shape and exploring the always challenging territory of noise, backed in this occasion by multifaceted Llapispanc. An intense concert-performance.

An instrument that lives and that may have already been dwelling in our subconscious for a long time: The aquophone. Valera is a percussionist interested in the richness of the diverse languages of percussion music across the world, particularly flamenco and oriental music. These, together with other totemic stimulus have pushed him to get involved with groups working on collective creation, experimentation and free improvisation, such as the Galician Spontaneous Music Orquestra (OMEGA). One of such projects we are glad to present here is the duet with trumpet player Pablo Volt. Pablo Volt, “Pope” (Barcelona): Trumpet, electronics The travel mate in this
